The police force had stopped a man for smoking in a pub on Friday, but police say he had a long-term erection problem, which led to his arrest.
According to a statement from the police force, on the afternoon of Friday, March 1 officers responded to a call at the pub, where a man was having a cigarette. The officers found the man’s genitals exposed and a bloodstain on his penis.
The officers seized an over-the-counter supply of Viagra, which they said contained sildenafil. The bottle was broken off and officers also seized a bag containing the pills.
The man was arrested.
